- Carefully put egg rolls in preheated peanut oil and cook until wrapper is golden brown.
- Allow egg rolls to drain in a strainer until all of the peanut oil has dried.

Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling. Place seam side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spray tops of egg rolls with cooking spray. Separate and brown the chicken until cooked through. Mix in the cabbage, carrots and green onion.
